Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, or any hair products.
Please ensure all details (length, texture, quantity) are reviewed carefully before placing your order.
Exceptions:
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. If approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.
Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
